                 Sevaks union in U.P. Circle violating Directorate orders-Reg.

Madam,

          There is clear orders from Directorate that non-recognized unions including Bharatiya Postal Gramin Dak Sevak Union are not granted any trade union facilities. On the contrary four monthly meeting was granted to Bharatiya Postal Gramin Dak Sevak Union in U.P. Circle.

          This union is requesting to instruct the CPMG, U.P. Circle suitably not to grant any trade union facilities to non-recognized unions. Letter No. Union/M-13/2015-16/1 dated at Lucknow 29-01-2016 is enclosed.
